4. Google Business Profile & SEO Disclaimer

CLJM Marketing Service does not guarantee specific rankings, Google Maps placement, or exact results from SEO or Google Business Profile optimization services.

Search engine rankings and online visibility depend on many factors outside of our control, including competition, algorithm updates, customer reviews, and market conditions.

5. Website Design Services

Clients are responsible for reviewing website content, spelling, business information, and final approvals before the website goes live.

Website hosting, domains, plugins, and third-party tools may require separate fees unless otherwise included in the service agreement.

6. Digital Marketing Flyers & Content

All digital marketing flyers, graphics, and marketing content created by CLJM Marketing Service are intended for lawful business promotion purposes only.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of promotions, offers, pricing, and claims displayed on their marketing materials.

7. Communication

We aim to maintain clear and professional communication throughout each project. Response times may vary depending on workload, project size, weekends, or holidays.

8. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing notice. However, completed work, design time, setup fees, and active project work are non-refundable.

For monthly services, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their business name, logos, and provided materials.

CLJM Marketing Service may display completed work, designs, or marketing projects in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

CLJM Marketing Service is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, account suspensions, website downtime, platform policy changes, or third-party service interruptions.

Clients understand that marketing results may vary depending on industry, competition, business activity, and customer behavior.
